Attached is a patch to add an "http" feature to the web console to list the
contexts.
The code is pretty much a merger between the features plugin and the http:list
implementation.
Unfortunately it is dependent upon getting the right information from Pax, and
this doesn't seem to be happening right now:

When http:list is correct this patch should be revisited - if the change is
entirely on the Pax side the patch should work as is, but if changes are
required to http:list then corresponding changes will be required here.
