Due to a "bug" in maven, Cellar uses the Karaf artifacts with the Cellar
version (2.2.1-SNAPSHOT in place of 2.2.1 for instance).
As a workaround, Cellar shouldn't include the Karaf parent POM and define the
Karaf version as a property (with dependenciesManagement definition).
