When the host has a network issue, the features:addurl command raises:
[Fatal Error] :1:1: Premature end of file.
Could not add Feature Repository:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file.
It would be clean to catch the exception and display a message like "Network
not available".
