Cellar webconsole artifact id is different than expected.

The artifactId for all cellar components begin with "org.apache.karaf.cellar.".
In the features file used to install the cellar-webconsole, it looks for
org.apache.karaf.cellar.webconsole as the artifactId. However the artifactId
for webconsole published to the maven repo is "webconsole". Change the pom.xml
file to use the expected artifactId.
