As discussed this morning, enterprise features repository could be the first
part of the Karaf Cave sub-project.
Karaf Cave aim to be an OBR/EBR, with extension for Karaf features support.
We can start by leveraging Felix BundleRepository and add Karaf enterprise
features support.
