Build OK with Java 7 on karaf-2.2.x branch.
The runtime is also ok:

I have installed the cxf features, the camel features, the cave features, and
run some tests without problem.
Same tests performed on trunk (build and runtime), without problem (just have
to change the Karaf features name, as now we use full qualified name).
Java 7 support is OK for me.
