URLs deleted via features:removeurl are coming back on a karaf instance restart
(when cellar is also being used)

Basically, if you have cellar running, run
(1) features:addurl
(2) features:deleteurl
(3) Restart karaf
the deleted feature url is being added back in.
If this is helpful, I had a look at the cellar maps in hazelcast. I see the
deleted URL in the map:
q:l:org.apache.karaf.cellar.repositories.default
even after I delete the url via features:removeurl (before restarting a node
and triggering the error).
