Rename Cave commands

Fix For: cave-3.0.0
Some commands could be unclear for the users and introduce misunderstanding.
For instance:
- cave:register-repository should be renamed to cave:install-repository
- cave:remove-repository should be renamed to cave:uninstall-repository
Others modules (as management, API, etc) should be updated as well.
