On Karaf 2.2.x, we support the Kar deployment in the deploy folder.
The problem is that we don't provide a goal (on Karaf 2.2.x) to generate this
kar file.
I'm gonna merge the goal from trunk to the 2.2.x at least to generate the kar
file.
