In order to be "fully" compliant with Maven, the BundleWatcher should look for
bundle location ending by SNAPSHOT (and not -SNAPSHOT).
In fact, in Maven, a valid SNAPSHOT could be .SNAPSHOT or -SNAPSHOT: Maven only
look for SNAPSHOT end.
