Karaf console should not inline jline, jansi and gogo and instead reference
them as bundles

Fix For: 3.0.0
Karaf console has special instructions in the maven bundle plugin to inline
jline, jansi and gogo. I think this was necessary when we changed the code of
there libs.
As we now use them as is we should just reference them as budnles.
