Due to an issue with the latest change around Aether, the spring features is
"overwritten" with the one on the central repo.
The order should be:
1/ Karaf system repo
2/ user .m2/repository
3/ repositories defined in the etc/org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg
The Spring features generated is correct (containing 3.1.0.RELEASE version),
but overwritten with the first features:list-url performed (downloaded from
central).
