NullpointerException in org.apache.karaf.features.command.FeatureFinder

The method "updated()" in FeatureFinder throws a NullpointerException during
startup.
This is because ther passed in "Dictionary" is actually null since the
configuration with service.pid="org.apache.karaf.features.repos" (as configured
in the Blueprint file "features-command.xml") does not seem to exist.
I suggest to at least add a "if (properties != null) {..." into the updated()
method to avoid the NPE.
