Deployer Transformers Supports Manifest Element without A Supporting Schema

The SpringTransformer & BlueprintTransformer classes have support for a
manifest element that is not included in a schema. While this works for
run-time it causes confusion for developers that are not familiar with
blueprint. It also is not presented by the IDE because there isn't a namespace
for it.
I would like to propose a schema be created to development/design time support.
