Avoid to duplicate configuration between hazelcast.xml and cellar instance cfg

Currently, some configuration are duplicated between the hazelcast.xml and the
org.apache.karaf.cellar.instance.cfg. Especially, it's the case of the
multicast configuration, tcp-ip configuration, etc.
It's confusing for the users, we should use only hazelcast.xml.
