Feature "cellar-obr", "cellar-cloud", "cellar-webconsole" cannot be
synchronized from node1 to node2

1. Start two karaf instance locally, then install cellar in first karaf
instance (cluster node1), and install cellar in second karaf instance (cluster
node2).
2. Install cellar-obr in cluster node1, then check if cellar-obr is already
installed in cluster node2.
3. in cluster node2, the status of cellar-obr is "uninstalled".
About installing other features "cellar-cloud", "cellar-webconsole", the result
is same to the feature "cellar-obr". All those features cannot be synchronized
to another node.
BTW, in the config "org.apache.karaf.cellar.groups.cfg":
default.features.blacklist.inbound=cellar,jetty,http,tesb-locator-client
default.features.blacklist.outbound=cellar,jetty,http,tesb-locator-client
