Reason: Missing Constraint: Import-Package: org.apache.karaf.cellar.hazelcast;
version="2.2.4.SNAPSHOT
Unfortunately it's reproducable only by chance, I have no concrete steps.
Sometimes it would be enough just to install\uninstall cellar feature,
sometimes it happens after more or less long play with cellar.
