Description:
Currently it would appear that the "auto-start" property supports the values
"all" or "startup.properties".
It would be good to reshape the semantics to support multiple file names to
this property. The reason for this is to maintain a simple upgrade path of
Karaf in a custom distribution, keeping the karaf-provided startup.properties
as is, but still be able to add extra custom_startup.properties files
containing start level definitions of custom/locally provided bundles.
The suggested improvement:
Make the auto-start property handle a list of file names instead of only the
