1) Start karaf, install cellar
2) create group (cluster:group-create testgrp)
3) ensure it appeared in config:
<container>/etc/org.apache.karaf.cellar.groups.cfg
4) stop karaf
5) start karaf
6) show groups (cluster:group-list). Output doesn't contain "testgrp"
