Still reproduces with the cellar 2.2.4 snapshot as of 8.05.2012 (TESB-EE 5.1.1
SNAPSHOT_365).
Pretty rare, but is still there:
karaf@trun> features:install cellar
karaf@trun> log4j:ERROR Attempted to append to closed appender named [out].
log4j:ERROR Attempted to append to closed appender named [out].
In this case, seems to appear asynchronously, not as a reaction on
features:install command, but seems to be a result of communication to other
nodes (I was installing the same feature on 2 other nodes when the message
appeared).
