Currently, the Cellar Config layer filters some properties (for instance
felix.fileinstall.filename, etc).
It's hard-coded and the user can't change this list of excluded properties nor
add new excluded properties.
It makes sense to let the user choose the properties that should be excluded
from the sync.
A kind of "properties blacklist" in org.apache.karaf.cellar.groups would be
helpful.
