At the moment our jenkins build does not work anymore as the build require the
karaf-maven-plugin at the start. As it is built only at a later stage in the
build the build fails.
So I would like to change our own feature definitions to not use the lifecycle
extension of the karaf-maven-plugin. This should then allow a one step build
again. Another way would be to have a two step build but that would make the
jenkins build quite complicated.
