Currently we get the exception below in the exam regression tests.
This is because pax-web 2.0-SNAPSHOT is only available in the pax snapshot repo
but this repo is not added to the karaf instance we test.
Local builds work as pax web is downloaded to the local maven repo during the
build. This does not work on jenkins as the tests do not use the correct local
repo there.
