For instance:
file:/home/jbonofre/workspace/karaf/karaf/assemblies/apache-karaf/target/assembly/system/org/apache/karaf/demos/org.apache.karaf.demos.branding/3.0.0-SNAPSHOT/org.apache.karaf.demos.branding-3.0.0-SNAPSHOT-features.xml
It should contain only mvn: URLs.
