I consider this as an improvement but not a bug, as current
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Home
and
what you suggest use /usr/libexec/java_home is pretty much the same thing.
Just one question, doesn't current
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Home works for you?
If not, what's your Mac OS/jdk version?
