After loading EIK into eclipse, trying to create a new Karaf Installation
doesn't do anything and the "Create an Apache Karaf Project" never goes away.
Looking at the problem in the debugger, it looks like several problems are
occuring. First, there are some mismatches in various IDs from the import of
EIK into apache that cause the necessary project nature plugin to not be found.
Then, a null pointer exception occurs when trying to look up the location of
the karaf installation.
