"Hit '<ctrl-d>' or 'system:shutdown' to shutdown Karaf." is misleading new users
basically, people are scared of "<ctrl-d>" - too easy to kill an instance
I suggest to remove <ctrl-d> semantics for shutdown
and keep it for "close console connection" etc
