So far we have 188 issues in flight for this release candidate - as such I
didn't want to over load the release description with mentions of every single
change. I think the big feature of this RC is the new OSGi rev support, new
commands, and the 2.3 line's eventual use as a stepping stone to the 3.x line.
We can of course update the description to add more details.
