On jenkins basically all itests fail with:
org.sonatype.aether.transfer.ArtifactNotFoundException: Could not find artifact
org.apache.karaf:apache-karaf:zip:3.0.0-SNAPSHOT
Strangely the exam regression tests which are very similar seem to work.
