IMHO I think that
org.apache.karaf.eik.smk.feature
org.apache.karaf.eik.smk
org.apache.karaf.eik.smk.app
can be removed because
* are empty
* I don't understand what is the intent. smk stands for servicemix kernel. but
Karaf is servicemix runtime
If I'm in error please tell me.

For me its ok. It compile and EIK can be installed without problems.
All function are present.
