In case of there is a feature name which exists in two or many feature repo
xmls, and all those feature repo xmls have been installed into Karaf (by
features:addurl cmd), then the result of features:install of this feature will
be unpredictable.
maybe make improvement to features:install command, let it supports a given
features repo name as input.
for example:
features:install features_a/myfeature/1.0
