The issue of adding new Spring OSGi bundle is resoved by
[EBR-890|https://issuetracker.springsource.com/browse/EBR-890] and new *Spring
Framework OSGi bundles* (*3.2.0.RELEASE* as well as *3.2.1.RELEASE*) are
[available at the SpringSource Enterprise Bundle Repository (EBR)
|http://ebr.springsource.com/repository/app/library/version/detail?name=org.springframework.spring&version=3.2.0.RELEASE&searchType=librariesByName&searchQuery=spring].
So, let's vote and wait for current issue resolving!
