In case there are more then just the default cellar features configured in the
blacklist entry, all besides the cellar one are ignored.
This leads for example on a local test machine to a nasty behaviour when
installing the war, webconsole and cellar-webconsole features. The WebContainer
isn't using the 8181 port anymore since the org.ops4j.pax.web.cfg file is
nuked.
