Summary: instance:connect doesn't work anymore (was: SSH command doesn't
show help and instance:connect doesn't work anymore)
got fooled, the ssh now is the subshell command ...
that's why --help doesn't work on it
Will correct the instance:connect command to use ssh:ssh instead of ssh
