The problem is that with cellar:features-list displays only the features on the
datagrid, so it means that is the feature is "blocked", it should not appear in
cellar:features-list.
That's why, it's "more logic" to have an option (to display the Blocked column)
and a dedicated command: it will list the features local to the node (not on
the data grid/cellar) and check the blacklist/whitelist configuration to see if
it's blocked inbound/outbound.
