Be careful, right now in Cellar, it's not the same at all to use
cluster:feature-* and cluster:bundle-*. It's probably explain the behavior that
you see.
I think it makes sense to do it on BundleEventHandler as the configuration
"could" be different, and the features configuration should be the "master".
