If we start two nodes (both on the default cluster group by default), and
shutdown one of the nodes, cluster:group-list command still mention the stopped
node:
karaf@node2> cluster:node-list

* [vostro.local:5702 ] [vostro.local ] [ 5702]
karaf@node2> cluster:group-list
Group Members
* [default ] [vostro.local:5702* vostro.local:5701 ]
