Another Patch that I thought would be useful for you guys. The attached patch
let's you add a system property, -DdebugMain (Not really a brilliantly named
property), which will turn on the debug option in the main karaf test
container, since the surefire debug won't work for it. This makes it
convenient to turn on debugging leveraging the karaf debug integration testing
option that it provides.
