I still haven't seen the issue since either since. I've seen some weird
behavior with mistyping an interface name on a service declaration causing
dependant services to wait for a service that will never resolve because
the interface doesn't exist for the service. Karaf doesn't seem to
indicate a problem in those scenarios. I'll try to get a bug written up
with a test case. I'm only bringong this up because I'm wondering if that
was the cause.
