We already have support for the web console to list the jobs, so adding shell
support should be very simple :)
I personally think that by not allowing bundles depending on SCR and requiring
Blueprint you block reuse. The SCR implementation is not that huge, has no
additional dependencies and doesn't do anything if no bundle is using SCR.
