I submitted a patch for sshd 0.10.0 to completely break the mina-core
dependency. sshd could provide org.apache.sshd.util.Base64, to be used by Karaf
ssh for parsing .sshkaraf/known_hosts.
With this patch, Karaf won't need the mina-core dependency anymore.
