Fix For: 3.0.1
Add logging and possibly console indications of when override operated upon a
bundle. Should also warn when a different Vendor's bundle is substituted. These
log entires, warnings should be reasonably loud as this IS a potential security
vector to Karaf (easy to sub in an override that adheres to symbolic
name/version pairing to introduce malicious code).
