Certain applications (like SAP) require JARs to be on the classpath of the
container. When using child containers this means adding libs to the parent
containers lib directory which is not so nice if only the child container needs
it. I'm proposing that any child containers will be able to pick up additional
classpath libs from its own lib directory.
