Do you use karaf 3.0.0 distribution ?
If you take a look in etc/org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg, you may see that
spring.ebr repository is there and it's where the spring artifacts come from.
Which artifacts have issue ?
By the way, we gonna use the ServiceMix Spring bundles very soon.
