I use a Maven mirror to retrieve maven artifacts. The password in
~/.m2/settings.xml to access the mirror is encrypted (see
http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-encryption.html). Karaf is unable to
download bundles due to an access denied failure.
When I put my unencrypted password in the file, the download works fine.
