On the BundleMBean, in the bundles attribute (which is a tabular data), you can 
see the "blueprint" property containing the current status of the 
blueprint/spring container.

For instance, in the tabular data, if you display the 
org.apache.aries.blueprint.core bundle, you can see the blueprint property 
containing "created".

I double checked in Karaf 2.3.5.
