Putty for the SSH connection

Here is exactly what I am doing:
- Start Karaf using bin\karaf.bat
- Open a SSH connection with putty on locahost:8101
- Type "feature:list" in putty console
- Type "logout" or Ctrl+D in putty console
Then Karaf does not log me out, the putty console stays frozen.
If I go back to the local Karaf console and try to shutdown Karaf, the local
console also stay frozen.
To solve this issue, I have upgraded sshd-core bundle from 0.9.0 to 0.11.0 and
there is no freeze anymore.
Can you please update sshd-core version for future Karaf releases ?
