Fix For: 2.4.0, 4.0.0, 3.0.2, 2.3.6
The etc/org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg should be updated as Sonatype changed the URL
of the OSS/OPS4j repositories (from http to https).
I will also check the other repositories locations.
