The documentation of the features deployer says that all features contained in
the features XML (dropped into the deploy folder) will be automatically
installed by the deployer.
Actually, it's not fully correct as only features containing install="auto"
will be automatically installed by the features deployer.
I will update the documentation to be inline with the actually behavior of the
features deployer.
