On karaf-2.0.x, I see:
- the config.properties doesn't contain the karaf.shutdown.command property
- the etc/org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg in the instance contains replaced values
(${user.home} and ${maven.home}) whereas these values should be escaped
- the etc/system.properties of the instance doesn't contain the
karaf.local.roles property
I'm fixing that.
